我国东部沿海地区经济增长质量的测度与评价研究

摘　　要：通过经济增长质量测度指标的构建,采用主成分分析法,以2000—2010年间天津市数据为例,对东部沿海地区经济增长质量进行测度和评价,结果表明:十年来天津市在经济增长质量方面取得成绩的同时还存在进一步提升的空间。针对天津的测度结果,提出我国东部沿海地区提高经济增长质量的政策建议。The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China Program provides that the aims to accelerate the transformation of economic development mode comprises that the improvement of the economic growth quality and the strategic adjustment of the economic structure. This paper adapts Principal Components Analysis to measure and evaluate the economic growth of eastern coastal region, based on the data in Tianjin from 2000 to 2010. The result turns out that there has been a great achievement in Tianjin in the 10 years. Indeed, there is still large space for the future improvement of the economic growth quality in the city.
