摘　　要：目的了解北京市私立医疗机构经营性质转变中存在的问题，提出改善的政策措施。方法使用案例研究和深度访谈法对6家发生性质转变的私立医疗机构负责人进行访谈。结果私立医疗机构性质转变的原因多种多样、转变过程欠规范、出资者对资产处置的认识差异较大、政府对私立医疗机构性质转变的监管不健全。结论要规范私立医疗机构性质转变的过程、明确净资产的归属，健全私立医疗机构的监管制度。Objective To understand the issues in the conversion of private medical institutions and explore the possible options. Methods Case study and in-depth interview were employed in 6 converted medical institutions. Results The reasons for conversion were diversified, and the process was not standardized. The attitudes towards how to deal with the net assets differed so much among the executives. The legislation and supervision by the government were still under-developed. Conclusion The process for the conversion should be standardized and the ownership of the net assets should be clearly defined. The legislation and supervision on private medical institutions should be enhanced.
