政府介入对传统产业及其集群企业网络能力的影响和启示——基于中国南珠产业集群企业的研究

摘　　要：网络能力是企业生存和发展需要具备的一种群体能力和合作能力,是企业竞争力的来源,本地网络和地方政府对企业网络能力和竞争力具有一定影响。本文以传统产业——中国南珠产业集群企业为研究对象,构建网络能力模型,探讨政府介入在企业网络嵌入、网络能力与竞争力之间的影响机理,得出了政府介入会降低企业竞争力的结论,政府主要通过影响企业所处的产业环境和区域环境来影响企业的经营发展。这为传统产业和企业的发展提供了相关理论依据,由此提出了政府介入中国南珠产业发展的相应建议。The network competence is a dynamic cooperation-ability and group-ability for an enterprise to exist and develop,and is one of the resource of the competitiveness. The location network and government usually influence the network competence and the competitiveness of an enterprise. This paper will research the relation between the tradition industry colony enterprises' network competence and network embedded character and the competitiveness,to open out the influence mechanism that the government intervention and influenced on them by taking the tradition industry cluster enterprises of the China South-Pearls industry as example to empirical analyze it. It has constructed and demonstrated the theory model of the enterprise's network-competence,by using the government-intervention as adjust variable, and it has obtained some useful corresponding result to offer theory accordance for the enterprises to develop.
