摘　　要：本文通过分析社会主义初级阶段论提出的历史背景、发展过程等,充分揭示其重大理论价值和实践意义,深入阐明在新世纪、新起点中共中央反复强调全面深化改革必须立足于我国长期处于社会主义初级阶段这个最大实际的时代意义。By analyzing the historical background and the development process raised by the theory of the primary stage of socialism, this paper fully reveals its major theoretical value and practical significance and further clarifies comprehensive deepening of reform repeatedly emphasized by the CPC in the new century and the new starting must base on its practical significance of the times, that is, our country will be in the primary stage of socialism for a long term.
