摘　　要：药品质量、药物的合理使用与患者安全用药直接关系到医疗风险和民众健康。通过对静脉药物在临床药物治疗中的地位与风险的分析,认为应严格静脉药物的质量标准,促进合理用药,提高药物治疗水平,疏导民众对静脉药物治疗的心理依赖性,并严格遵循药物治疗的用药途径遴选原则,提出规范静脉用药调配模式,确保静脉输液成品质量,降低静脉用药风险,并简要介绍了药事管理专业委员会下一步工作计划。Drug quality, rational drug use and patient safety directly related to medical risk and patient＇s health. Based on the analysis of the importance and risk of intravenous drug use, It needs to strict obeying the quality standard of drug use in intravenous, promoting rational drug use, improving drug treatment capacity and easing the public＇s dependence of intravenous drug use and strict obeying principles of medication way. Suggestion of standardization intravenous drug allocation mode to assure intravenous drug quality and decrease risk is presented and the further plan of Pharmacy Management Special Committee is also discussed.
