摘　　要：分析和总结目前上海市三级医院门诊预约服务的主要特点,包括覆盖范围、预约方式、预约服务管理等,并调查了各所医院对下一步建设市级统一预约平台的需求。在此基础上提出了对上海市三级医院门诊预约体系的设计,应是市级统一预约平台与医院自主预约服务结合,逐步扩大门诊预约覆盖范围,提供多元化的预约方式,统一预约业务规范,并积极探索合规公益的第三方参与合作模式。This paper gives a thorough analysis of Shanghai tertiary hospitals appointments services, including coverage, reservation ways, service management, and the needs of construction of the municipal hospitals unity platform, and provides the design of the tertiary hospital outpatient appointment system in Shanghai, which including the municipal hospitals unity platform combined with hospital independent reservation service, gradually enlarging the appointment services, diversified way of appointment, unified appointment practices, and the cooperation pattern in the public interest.
