应急管理在突发传染病救治中的作用——以收治北京市首例人感染甲型H7N9禽流感患者为例

摘　　要：目的:提高医务人员在突发传染病救治过程中的应对能力。方法:加大应急管理:制定人感染甲型H7N9禽流感应急预案,推行组织培训与学习,进行应急演练。结果:在突发传染病人感染甲型H7N9禽流感患者的救治工作中,我院医务人员积极请战,工作突出,出色地完成北京市首例人感染甲型H7N9禽流感患者的诊治任务。结论:在突发传染病救治中,通过应急管理,充分发挥医务人员主观能动性及各部门配合是保证应急救治工作圆满完成的关键。Objectives： To improve medical professional’s capacity in dealing with emerging infectious diseases. Methods： Strength emergency management, developing and implement H7N9 avian influenza contingency plan, organize the training and perform contingency plan rehearsal. Results：The medical staff proactively involved in the diagnosis and treatment for the first H7N9 patient in Beijing and successfully cured the patient. Conclusions：Emergency management, full plays medical professional＇s initiative and collaborate cross departments are the key points in emerging infectious disease treatment.
