摘　　要：医院后勤信息化建设是一项复杂的系统工程,它既涉及各种信息技术的应用,也涉及组织管理和业务流程的重组与再造。北京大学第一医院利用1年时间,依靠自身力量,初步完成了后勤信息系统的建设工作,对医院后勤信息化系统集成建设做了有益的探索和实践,取得了一定成效。hospital logistic information system is a complex systematic work. It not only relates to all kinds of information technology application but also relates to organization management and process restructuration. Peking University First Hospital has primarily finished logistic information system for a year and has made some exploration on hospital logistic information system development.
