摘　　要：电子商务的发展导致了越来越多基于电子商务交易而产生的纠纷,对于这些纠纷采用行业仲裁的手段解决显然是提供了一条简便、高效、公正的路径。电子商务需要仲裁,特别是行业仲裁作为其纠纷解决途径。构建电子商务行业仲裁的路径中,分析相关基本概念及其构建的路径,也探讨了电子商务行业仲裁的建立对我国的相关影响。希望能通过本文,对电子商务的行业仲裁的构建起到抛砖引玉的效用,使更多人能够关注这一国际行业仲裁新领域的产生与发展。The development of electronic commerce has led to increasing electronic commerce - based disputes, and industry arbitration is obviously a simple, efficient and fair way to settling these disputes. This paper discusses some concepts involved and the construction of industry arbitration in electronic commerce. Besides, the impact of the establishment of electronic com- merce arbitration in China is analyzed. It is hoped that this research can provide some reference for the construction of electronic commerce arbitration and can make more people be concerned about the emergence and development of this new field of interna- tional industry arbitration.
