摘　　要：国际消费合同的法律适用应当遵循以下原则:对消费者合同进行明确的界定,在消费合同的法律适用中扩大意思自治的范围,将消费者经常居住地法律作为消费合同最重要的准据法,利用强行法规则保护消费者合法权益,明确电子消费合同的法律适用规则。It is advisable to observe the following principles in the application of laws in international consumption contracts： defining the notion of the consumption contracts, broadening the scope in applying autonomy of the will, designating the law of the habitual residence of the consumer as the most important governing law. Also, it is sensible to protect the legal rights of the consumer by applying jus cogens rules and to provide rules concerning application of laws in electric consumption contracts.
