摘　　要：上海在开埠通商之后,外国商人在领事的保护下,以低廉的价格取得了上海土地的永久使用权。战争发生,华洋共居使上海租界人口骤增,房屋供求关系比例失衡,尽管中外房地产商建造新屋,但房屋仍供不应求,上海城市发展步入了一个新阶段。Under the protection of the Consul, the foreign merchant got the permanent right of land using. After the TaiPing Rebellion, The Chinese and Foreigner lived in the Settlement of Shanghai. The estate agent built more house to new people , but the housing problem made the balance of living broken.The Urban development of Shanghai moved into a new stage
