延长企业生存时间:单向贸易还是“双向国际化”?

摘　　要：对应2000-2006年中国工业企业与中国海关进出口数据库，检验企业同时进出口的“双向国际化”行为相比单向贸易是否更有助于延长自身生存时间。描述性统计、生存与危险函数估计表明，我国“双向国际化”、非加工贸易、东部、外商与港澳台企业生存概率更高；Cox、Weibull生存分析模型和稳健性检验结果再次指出，企业“双向国际化”行为更有利于延长经营寿命，且贸易模式、所处地区、企业性质不同给企业生存时间带来的差异影响与前文结论保持一致。Using the matched data of Chinese Industrial Enterprise Database and China＇s Customs Database during 2000~2006, this paper examines if firms＇ twoway trade behavior increases survival time comparing with oneway trade behav- ior. The results of descriptive statistics, survival and hazard function indicate that twoway traders, non-processing traders, east, foreign and HMT firms have a high- er degree of survival probability. The results of Cox, Weibull survival models and robust test also demonstrate that firms＇ twoway trade behavior increases survival time compared with oneway traders. And the different survival time estimated ac- cording to firms＇ different trade patterns, locations and ownership are consistent with the preceding analysis.
