肠安泻愈汤联合马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征54例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肠安泻愈汤联合马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法将100例腹泻型IBS患者随机分为治疗组54例和对照组46例。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀胶囊,每次0.2g,每日3次,饭前30min口服。治疗组在对照组基础上加用肠安泻愈汤,每日1剂。两组患者均治疗4周后观察临床疗效,并比较两组治疗前后中医症状(腹痛、腹泻次数、大便形状、黏液便)积分。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为96.4%,对照组为89.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症状积分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01);两组治疗后中医症状积分组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肠安泻愈汤联合马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗腹泻型IBS患者可明显改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Changan Xieyu Decoction （decoction to cure diarrhea） combined with Trimebutine Maleate Capsules for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS-D） Methods One hundred cases of IBS-D were randomized into the treatment group and control group, with 54 and 46 in each. Both groups were given 0. 2 g of Trimebutine Maleate Capsules three times daily. The treatment group was added with Changan Xieyu Decoction one dose daily. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect was observed. The scores of TCM symptoms such as abdominal pain, frequency of diarrhea, stool shape, and mucous stool were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 96. 4% and 89. 1% respectively, with a significant difference between groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The scores of TCM symptoms were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment （P 〈0. 01 ）, especially in the treatment group （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Changan Xieyu Decoction combined with Trimebutine Maleate Capsules is effective for IBS-D.
