摘  要:为给羚牛(Budorcas taxicolor)秦岭亚种的保护和管理提供有用的信息,调查陕西省秦岭羚牛3个野生种群线粒体DNA(mtDNA)控制区357bp片段的遗传多样性和种群结构。结果显示,67个羚牛个体碱基组成为A+T的平均含量(56.3%)高于G+C含量(43.7%),3个群体mtDNA控制区的变异位点为60个(约占总位点数的17.29%)。核苷酸多样性(Pi)为0.007 48,平均核苷酸差异数(K)为2.052。67个个体分属4个单倍型,单倍型间的平均遗传距离(P)为0.127。说明秦岭羚牛群体mtDNA控制区序列遗传多样性较低,群体间的基因交流较少,有可能出现近亲繁殖的情况。To provide useful information for conservation and management of golden taki (Budorcas taxicolor), we investigated the genetic diversity and population structure of forest musk deer by ana lyzing a 357 bp fragment of the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) control-region in three wild populations in Shaanxi Province, China. The average contents of A+T(56.3%) were higher than that of G+C (43.7%). A total of 60 variable sites (about 17.29% of the total nucleotides in the sequence) were detected in 67 individuals. The nucleotide diversity (Pi) of the 69 individuals was 0. 007 48, and the average number of nucleotide differences (K) of them was 2. 052. The 67 individuals belonged to 4 haplotypes according to the determined sequences. The average genetic distance(P) among the haplo- types of the species was 0. 127. Our data indicated that the genetic diversity and gene flow were low in three populations of Budorcas taxicolor. There may be a phenomenon of inbreeding.
