摘 要:为探讨山羊腹腔肠系膜前神经节在雌激素影响胃肠道机能活动中的作用和意义,取雌性山羊腹腔肠系膜前神经节,经免疫组化SP法染色后,在数码显微镜下拍照、测量,用高清晰图像分析系统对雌激素受体(ER)的分布特点进行分析,并计算相对表达量。雌激素受体在腹腔肠系膜前神经节的神经元、支持细胞和过路纤维均有ERα、ERβ受体免疫阳性产物分布,但主要分布于神经元胞体。在神经元胞体中,细胞膜和细胞质为强阳性染色,而细胞核为弱阳性染色。ERα在神经元胞体的相对表达量显著高于非神经元胞体结构(P<0.05),ERβ在神经元胞体的相对表达量极显著高于非神经细胞结构(P<0.01)。雌性山羊腹腔肠系膜前神经节神经元具有对雌激素刺激反应的受体,提示腹腔肠系膜前神经节可能作为雌激素作用于胃肠道的内分泌途径和自主神经对胃肠道调节的神经途径之间相互协调的网络节点。We established an immunohistochemical assay in female goats using SP method as the detec ting measure of ER localization in celiac superior mesenteric ganglion in female goats. Our results in dicated that ERa and ERβ immunoreactive substances were distributed in neurons, supporting cells and crossing fiber, but mainly expressed in the neurons. The relative expression level of ERa was sig nificantly higher than that of nonneuronal cells (P〈0.05), the relative expression level of ER was very significantly higher than that of nonneuronal cells (P〈0.01). In the neuron cell bodies, the membranes and cytoplasm were positive staining strongly, but the nucleuses were staining weakly. The results suggested that neurons with receptor that reaction with estrogen in celiac superior mesen teric ganglion of female goats. The results indicated that celiac superior mesenteric ganglion may as the network nodes that estrogen regulated gastrointestinal tract via the endocrine pathway and auto nomic nerve pathway.
