摘 要:以薄荷为试验材料,研究阴、阳生薄荷气体交换参数对光、温的响应及其荧光特性。测定了其叶绿素荧光参数和不同光、温条件下,阴、阳生薄荷净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)。结果表明,随着光强和温度的升高,阴、阳生薄荷的Pn、Tr逐渐升高,而Ci随光强和温度的递增而递减;Gs随温度的递增而递减,随光强的递增而递增;阴生薄荷的叶绿素荧光参数最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和光化学淬灭系数(qP)高于阳生薄荷而非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)相反。本研究结果发现薄荷更适于在阳生环境下栽培,但具有一定的耐阴性,适度遮阴有利于薄荷的生长发育。With the Mentha canadensis L. growing in shade and sun as materials, chlorophyll fluores-cence parameters and the response of gas-exchange parameters in M. canadensis L to light intensity and temperature were studied in this paper. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (T), intercellular CO2 concentration (C), stomatal conductance (G) were determined. The results showed that chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of M. canadensis L in shade were all higher than those in the sun. With the increase of light intensity and temperature, Pn and Tr were increasing, while C and G were decreasing. The intrinsic photochemical efficiency of PS (Fv/Fm) and photo chemical quenching coefficient (qp) of M. canadensis L in shade were higher than that in sun, while the non-photochemical quenching (NPQ) was opposite. Based on the results, the photosynthetic physiological performance of M. canadensis L in the sun were superior to that in the shade. The re-sults of this study indicate that M. canadensis L is more suitable for cultivation in the sun environ ment, but it has a certain shade-tolerance, and suitable shad is favorable for its growth and develop ment.
