摘　　要：在人力资本密集的高校中,如何建立一种高效的人力资本激励模式显得尤为重要。本文基于产权理论,分析高校与企业之间的异同点,以及高校人力资本界定和特点,对高校人力资本产权激励这一模式进行初步探讨。Abstract University is rich in human capital, so it is very impor- tant to construct an efficient incentive mode of human capital. Based on the theory of property rights, the writer makes an analy- sis on the similarities and dissimilarities between enterprises and universities, as well as the definition and characteristics of uni- versity human capital, and does a preliminary research on the mode of the property right incentive of university human capital.
