摘 要:本文使用GPU计算单元基于聚类分析数学方法处理高岭土、NaY分子筛以及负载晶化NaY分子筛的透射电镜(TEM)图像。将所提取的几类图像的灰度数据信息,分别进行归一化、相关矩阵计算及特征分解、特征值和特征向量的提取以及灰度值向量的二维投影等过程处理,进而对高岭土负载晶化NaY分子筛进行空间分辨分析,并对高岭土负载晶化NaY分子筛空间各类基质可能的富集区域进行标示和分析。同时,基于分辨分析的结果,对高岭土负载晶化NaY分子筛的空间组构及表面的吸附扩散行为进行讨论,该分辨方法对于石油炼制领域广泛使用的复合共生分子筛或其它复合催化材料体系的分辨也有较大意义。同时,也采用了单晶衍射、电子能谱分析、表面面扫描以及频率响应等辅助分析方法对空间分辨分析的结果进行进一步的支持和论证。In order to study supported catalytic material by higher spatial resolution medthod and theoretical research, a mathematical model processing image data by GPU (graphic processing unit) was used to deal the TEM of NaY zeolite.The gray level information of several kinds of image was extracted, the Gray scale data comes from image was normalized, then correlative matrix was calculated and eigen-decomposed. The eigenvalues and eigenvectors were gathered, then the eigenvectors were projected onto a two-dimensional space. In this way, Spatial resolution of Load Crystallization Containing NaY Zerolite was completed. By the mathematical model, all kinds of material of load crystallization containing NaY zeolite was marked. At the same time, several other analysis methods was used to assistant proof shows the distribution situation of all kinds of material on load crystallization containing NaY zeolite. The analysis results show that geometric structure of the load crystallization Containing NaY zerolite tend to generate the formation of inclusions structure instead of the supported structure. The method stems from this paper is very instructive to distinguish comlex symbiosis molecular sieves or other composite catalytic material system which were widely used in the field of petroleum refining. At the same time, the conclusion from this paper was supported by other characterization techniques such as single crystal diffraction, frequency response and so on.
