摘 要:运用三阶段DEA模型对我国2010年的工业效率进行了实证分析,结果表明:剔除环境变量和随机误差因素后,我国工业的技术效率由0.501下降到0.371,下降程度明显;高外向度、高劳动密集度行业的效率最高,低外向度、高劳动密集度行业的效率最低。以效率值0.9为界,按照纯技术效率和规模效率进行划分,行业可以分为"双低型"、"低高型"、"高低型"、"双高型"四种类型,其中,"双低型"行业占行业总数的79%,说明我国工业无论在纯技术效率方面还是在规模效率方面都有较大的改善空间。In order to insight into the efficiency of Chinese industries, this paper uses the three-stage DEA model to investigate the industrial efficiency. The result shows that after excluding the influence of environmental variables and random factors, Chinese in- dustrial efficiency decreases remarkably from 0.501 to 0.371, high extroverted, low labor intensity of the industrial efficiency is the highest, low export-oriented, high labor intensity industries are the worst. Chinese industries are divided into four types, including dou- ble low type, low-high type, high-low type and double high type accordance with the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency whose boundary is 0.9, double low type industries accounted for 79%. Chinese industry pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency have a large room for improvement.
