摘 要:目的 :观察钩吻对小鼠造血功能的影响。方法 :利用环磷酰胺 (Cy)抑制骨髓及辐照致骨髓损伤造模 ,检测钩吻对Cy所致骨髓抑制小鼠外周血细胞 ,红细胞 ,血小板 ,脾重和骨髓有核细胞的影响及对辐照致骨髓损伤小鼠CFU -S的影响和对小鼠生存的保护作用。结果 :钩吻对Cy骨髓抑制小鼠外周血细胞、红细胞、血小板及骨髓有核细胞均有明显提升作用(P<0 01) ,并显著提高生存率(P<0 05)和CFU -S数(P<0 01) ,而对脾重影响差异无显著性(P>0 05)。结论Purpose: To observe the effects of extracted Gelsemium Elegans Benth(GEB) on hemopoiesis in mice. Methods: A model of bone marrow suppression and a model of bone marrow injury caused by radiation were made by cyclophosphamide(Cy) and 60Co irradiation respectively. GEB was given to the mice for days to detect the changes of WBC, RBC, platelet and spleen weight in the model of bone marrow suppression by Cy and to count the endogenous spleen colony forming-unit(CFU-S) and the survival rate in the model of bone marrow injure by radiation. Results: The peripheral WBC, RBC, platelet and monocyte nucleated cells of the experimental group 5 and 10 days after the Cy treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01) with no changes for spleen weight (P>0.05). On the 10th day after irradiation, CFU-S (P<0.01) and the survival rates (P<0.05) in mice treated with GEB were higher than those of mice accepting N.S Conclusions: It is suggested that GEB possesses the protective functions for hemopoiesis of the bone marrow injured mice, the bone marrow suppression mice caused by anti-tumor medicine or radiation.
