中西医治疗扩张型心肌病的疗效分析

摘　　要：为评估中药治疗扩张型心肌病 (DCM)作用 ,将 6 0例DCM患者随机分为治疗组 (常规西药加益气补心胶囊 ) 30例 ,西药对照组 (常规西药 ) 30例。结果 :心功能改善情况两组比较P >0 0 5。心功能各项指标治疗前后比较P <0 0 1,两组SV(m1/搏 )治疗后比较P <0 0 5。表明益气补心胶囊有改善心功能、增加心输出量 ,调节DCM患者TNF、IL - 6分泌 ,减少细胞的免疫损伤 。patients with Dilafed cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases treated by routine western medicine and“Qi and Hear Nourishing Capsule”)and control group(30 cases treated by routine western medicine).After treatment,the cardiac function improved similarly in two groups(P>0 05);but the indexes of cardiac function improved after treatment in two groups(P<0 01);there was a striking difference in SV between two groups after treatment(P<0 05).The results revealed that the capsule could improve heart function,increase cardiac output,regulate the secretion of TNF and IL 6 and reduce the immonue injury of myocardial cell,which had better effects than the routine western medicine.
