摘　　要：随着医疗信息系统在各大医院的普及应用,各医疗信息系统间的数据不能共享的造成的各种弊端也越来越显现出来,针对这一问题,业界提出了诸如基于数据库的集成解决方案、基于标准消息的集成解决方案、基于接口引擎的解决方案、SOA等解决方案等。本文以《广东省医院统计病案管理系统》和《单病种质量监控报告系统》的集成使用为例,提出了一种基于VBA的医疗统计信息系统集成应用方法。With the wide application of Medical Information Systems in major hospitals, the problems that data cannot be shared across different systems become increasingly prominent. To solve this problem, the industry puts forward some solutions, such as data-based integrated solution, standard message-based integrated solution, interface engine-based solution, and SOA. The thesis takes the integrated application of ＂Guangdong Provincial Hospital Statistics and Medical Record Management System＂ and ＂Single Disease Quality Control Reporting System＂ as example, to present a way of integratedly applying the VBA-based medical statistics information system.
