摘　　要：我国的城乡二元结构是长期形成的。改革以来,虽然经济发展战略有所调整,二元结构逐渐松动,但结构转换进程缓慢、迂回曲折。制约农村劳动力转移的因素仍旧存在,就业结构转换滞后于产业结构转换。因而政府应进行政策调整和制度建设,消除影响农村劳动力转移的壁垒,促进城乡结构转换。Dual structure in urban and rural areas has been formed for a long time. Since the reform, although the economic development strategy is adjusted, and dual structure is loosening gradually, the structure conversion progress has been slow with many twists and turns. Restricting factors of the transfer of rural labor force still exist, the transformation of employ-ment structure lags behind the transformation of industrial structure. Therefore, the government should make policy adjustments and institutional construction to eliminate the influence of rural labor force transfer barriers and promote structure transformation in urban and rural areas.
