摘  要:以竹丝为固相碳源分别进行批式和连续流试验,研究竹丝固相碳源去除硝态氮效果及特性研究。先对比了有无固相碳源系统硝酸盐去除效果,竹丝固相碳源系统中硝酸盐的去除率较高且亚硝酸盐积累也较少;所以后续实验以竹丝作为生物反硝化的碳源。实验结果表明:在竹丝填料和竹丝/污泥生物反应器中,硝酸盐的平均容积负荷分别在2.09~2.5mg/L·h时,每去除1g的硝酸盐使亚硝酸的平均积累量分别为0.63mg和1.29mg。此外,温度是影响硝酸盐容积负荷和亚硝酸盐积累一个重要因素。当补充少量的乙醇作为碳源时,硝酸盐的容积负荷和亚硝酸盐积累量均大幅度增加。连续流试验的结果表明:在厌氧条件下的生物反硝化过程中,其他共存污染物如COD和氨氮可以同时被去除。因此,竹丝是一种潜在的反硝化碳源。This study was conducted to investigate the efficiency and characteristics of de-nitrification by using bamboo as solid phase carbon source in batch and continuous flow mode. Compared with no solid phase carbon source system, the higher nitrate removal ef ficiency and the less nitrite accumulation was observed in a de-nitrification system by using bamboo as solid phase carbon source, so bamboo was chosen to serve as the carbon source for biological de-nitrification in the following experiments. The results showed that nitrate volumetric loading averaged between 2.09 and 2. 5 mg/L. h in the bamboo and bamboo/sludge batch system, respectively. Mean nitrite accumulations were 0. 63 mg and 1.29 mg as 1 g nitrate was removed, respectively. Moreover, temperature was an im- portant influencing factor for nitrate volumetric loading and nitrite accumulation. The nitrate volumetric loading and the nitrite accu- mulation were both added considerably when supplementary a small amount of liquor carbon source. The continuous-flow experiment results showed that other coexistent pollutants such as COD and ammonia could be removed simultaneously during bio-de-nitrification under anaerobic conditions. Hence the bamboo is a potential carbon source for de-nitrification.
