摘 要:目的:研究糖尿病患者认知障碍对治疗依从性的影响。方法:对49位糖尿病患者进行认知功能和依从性问卷调查,并对认知障碍与依从性的关系进行分析。结果:49位糖尿病患者中有认知障碍的30人,认知障碍患者的依从性为23.33%,认知正常患者的依从性为57.89%,糖尿病患者有无认知障碍与治疗的依从性有明显的关联。认知障碍患者的依从性与认知正常患者的依从性的差有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者认知障碍是导致依从性差的一个重要原因。Objective:To research effects of cognitive impairment on treatment compliance for patients with diabetes. Meth- ods :49 patients with diabetes were investigated with the cognitive function and compliance questionnaires, and then the relationship be- tween the treatment compliance and the cognitive impairment was analyzed. Results : In the 49 patients with diabetes, 30 cases had the cognitive impairment; and the compliance of the cases with the cognitive impairment was 23.33% while that of those with normal cog- nitive function was 57.89%. The cognitive impairment was obviously correlated with the compliance for the patients with diabetes, and there was a statistical difference in the compliance between those with the cognitive impairment and those without ( P〈0.05 ). Conclu- sions: The cognitive impairment is an important reason for the poor compliance for the patients with diabetes.
