摘 要:目的:观察开展家属健康教育对糖尿病治疗影响的临床效果。方法:选择符合2型糖尿病标准的患者66例,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组对患者和其家属均实施糖尿病健康教育,对照组仅对患者实施糖尿病健康教育,并对两组健康教育前后客观指标等进行对比分析。结果:1.两组患者健康教育前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);2.两组患者健康教育前后自身血压、血糖、血脂等指标比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3.两组患者健康教育后的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白等指标比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展家属健康教育在糖尿病治疗中具有积极作用,应予推扩。Objective: To observe clinical effects of health education for families on diabetes. Methods :66 patients with type 2 diabetes meeting the standard were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The health education were samely taken to the two groups and the families of experimental group. The objective indicators of the two groups before and after the health education were compared and analyzed. Results: 1 The knowledge scores of the two groups before and after the health education were significantly different ( P〈0.05 ). 2 The blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids of the two groups after the health educa- tion were significantly better than those before the health education, and the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). 3 The fasting blood-glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol and low density lipoprotein of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group after the health education, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusions: The health education for the families plays a positive role in the treatment of diabetes, and should be promoted.
