摘　　要：破解社区志愿服务失灵困境,必须创新社区志愿服务机制。既要将社区志愿服务的安排者、生产者、消费者分开,将社区志愿服务的直接安排者与间接安排者分离,同时又要通过社区志愿服务项目制实现政府、社区居委会、社区志愿组织、社区成员主体间的协调合作。In order to resolve the predicaments in community voluntary service, we should innovate the machine of community volunta- ry service. We should not only separate the arrangers from producers and consumers, but also separate the direct arrangers from the in- direct arrangers in community voluntary service. Moreover, we should achieve the coordination and cooperation among government, community residents committee, community volunteer organizations and community member through the project scheme in community voluntary service.
