低碳经济发展视域下地方政府绩效评估体系重塑研究

摘　　要：低碳经济正成为世界经济发展的趋势,各国均在逐步推进经济社会发展方式的转变。在经济发展方式由传统模式向低碳模式转变过程中,客观上要求重新审视地方政府绩效评估体系。基于经济发展方式转变与政府绩效评估关系的视角,分析传统地方政府政绩评估体系不适应低碳经济发展的表现,并提出了绩效评估体系重塑的相关路径。With low - carbon economy becomes the trend of world economic development, countries around the world are gradually transforming the way of social and economic development. In the process of changing the economic growth way from traditional pattern to low carbon one, it＇ s necessary to review the local government performance evaluation system objectively. On the aspect of the change about economic development and the performance evaluation, it alynasis that the traditional local goverment performance evaluation sys- tem is not adapt the performance of low carbon economic development, which put forward the related path of rebuilding the preformance evaluation.
