摘  要:越级跳闸是煤矿供电系统中普遍存在的问题,研究有效的解决越级跳闸方法对煤矿供电安全意义深远。简要分析了煤矿供电系统的保护现状以及由其引发越级跳闸的原因,研究了现有解决方法的基本原理和特点,提出了"面保护"理论与保护装置纵向关联相结合的新方法,重点研究了该方法的工作原理和实现逻辑。以"面保护"理论为基础,通过通信通道将上下级保护装置纵向关联,保护装置除判断自身故障信息,还需判断是否接受到下一级保护发送的闭锁信号,然后决定是否跳闸,这种保护装置纵向关联、共享故障信息的方法,克服了传统保护故障信息孤立的缺点,能有效防止越级跳闸。设计了以TMS320F2812为核心的硬件测试系统,模拟测试结果验证了论文所述方法的有效性。Override trip is a general problem in the coal mine power system. In this paper, the present situation of protection in coal mine power system and the reasons of the override trip were analyzed, and the basic theories and features of the existing way to avoid override tripping were studied, then a novel way of the face protection theory and protection devices long-linked was proposed, the key research focused on the principle and the logic of the novel way. In this method, the face protection theory was the basis, and the protection devices between up level and down level long linked via communication line. So the protection device could not only judge the fault messages of itself,but also judge whether the locked messages sent by the up level protection device, then it decided to trip or not. This novel way realize the information sharing, overcome the defect of the isolated information in the traditional protection, and can solve the override trip. At last, the hardware testing system based on TMS320F2812 was designed, the testing results proved the availability of the novel way.
