摘　　要：益生素作为一种绿色饲料添加剂已广泛应用于畜牧生产中。由于其具有维持肠道菌群平衡、调节机体免疫机能、改善机体代谢和净化肠道环境等多方面的作用,且在使用过程中无毒副作用、无药物残留、不产生耐药性,已成为抗生素的理想替代品。文章对益生素的概念、种类、作用、在动物营养中的应用、使用益生素的注意事项进行了综述。Probiotics has been widely used as a green feed additive in livestock production, can maintain the balance of intestinal flora, modulation of immune function, improve metabolism and purify the intestinal environment and other aspects of the role, and in the course of non-toxic side effects, no drug residues, does not produce resistance, has become an ideal substitute for antibiotics. The concept of probiotics, type, function, application in ani- mal nutrition, the use of probiotics note were reviewed in this paper.
