摘 要:试验研究了博落回全草粉对小鼠肠道菌群和血液指标的影响。将昆明雄性小鼠随机分为对照组和4个试验组,试验组小鼠分别口服不同浓度的博落回全草粉(0.05、0.1、0.2、0.5 g·kg-1)0.2 mL·只-1·d-1,对照组给予生理盐水0.2 mL,测定小鼠肠道菌群数、血液生化指标等。结果表明,博落回能显著降低小鼠肠道中大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05);博落回0.1、0.2 g·kg-1组血清中总蛋白、球蛋白的含量高于对照组(P>0.05),博落回组血清尿素氮和IL-6含量均不同程度的低于对照组,以添加博落回0.1 g·kg-1组最低。试验结果表明,博落回能够降低肠道中大肠杆菌的数量,提高动物机体的免疫水平,保护动物健康。To study the effects of macleaya on intestinal microflora and blood indexes. Male kun-ming mice were randomly divided into control group and four experiment groups. Mice of four experiment groups were orally ad- ministered with different concentrations of macleaya(0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5 g· kg-1) at 0.2 mL·d^-1 per mouse, and mice of control group were administered with physiological saline 0.2 mL per mouse. The intestinal microflora and blood indexes were measured respectively. Compared with the control group, different macleaya group had decreased significantly(P〈0.05) the number of E.coli of the intestinal. The total protein and globulin the serum in the microflora groups 0.1 and 0.2 g· kg-1 were higher than those of the control group(P〉0.05). The concentration of serum urea nitrogen and IL-6 in the microflora group were lower than those of control group, especially the experiment group 0.1 g· kg-1 microflora could decrease the number of E.coli in the intestin, and enhance the immune function. This implied that microflora could protect animal health.
