三峡库区兴山县部分居民慢性病相关行为危险因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解三峡库区兴山县居民慢性病患病现状及其影响因素,制定其防治对策。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,对兴山县年龄≥35岁的常住居民495人进行调查。结果:中老年居民吸烟率27.88%,饮酒率39.80%。15.76%的居民每晚睡眠时间在8h以上,30.51%的居民每晚睡眠时间少于6h。35.15%的居民经常食用烟熏食品、26.06%的喜欢甜食。56.16%的居民不参加体育锻炼。超重患病率为13.93%,肥胖患病率为0.81%。结论:我县中老年居民的各项卫生行为状况不够合理,应加强中老年居民健康卫生行为的宣传,以增进健康,提高生命质量。Objective： To understand epidemiological diseases status and risk factors of chronic diseases of Xingshan county in three gorges area. Methods： A prevalance study using questionnaire survey was conducted about behavior sta- tus of health among 495 residents aged≥ 35 years of Xingshan county. Results：The rates of smoking and drinking were 27.88M and 39. 80% respectively. Sleeping time were over 8 hours in 15. 76% of the residents and less than 6 hours in 30. 51% of the residents. The rates of like eating smoked food and sweets were 35. 15% and 26. 06% respectively. 56.16% of the residents do not participate in physical exe：rcise. The rates of overweight and obesity were 13. 93% and 0. 81% respectively. Conclusion： The behaviorial status of health of middle and old aged people in some areas in my county. The health education should be reinforced to improve middle and old aged people＇s health in Xingshan county.
