肺炎宁颗粒剂的药效学研究及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :以抗病毒胶囊为对照药物 ,考察肺炎宁颗粒剂对小鼠致死性肺炎球菌感染的死亡保护作用。方法 :选用肺炎球菌经 3次重复试验死亡率在 5 5 - 6 0 %细胞浓度腹腔注射攻击小鼠作为对照 ,并以肺炎宁颗粒剂作为保护药。结果 :以病毒唑和抗病毒胶囊为对照 ,采用鸡胚中和法和Hep 2细胞体外培养法进行抗流感病毒FM1株和合胞病毒Long株试验 ,结果肺炎宁颗粒剂的对抗二种病毒作用明显优于两种对照药物。结论 :肺炎宁颗粒在治疗剂量和低剂量对肺炎球菌感染死亡的保护率分别提高 6 0 %和 30 % ,优于对照药物。Objective: To investigate the protective action of Feiyanning Granules on mouse death induced by fatal pneumococcus infection with anti virus Capsules as a control drug. Methods: Pheumococcus (bacterium concentration at 55 60% mortality through 3 times of repeated tests) was selected to attack mice by a means of celiae injection and Feiyanning Granules was used as a protective drug. Results: Feiyanning Granules was superior to the two control drugs: virazole injection and anti virus capsules in antagonism to two kinds of virus; anti bacillus virus FM. Strain and RSV Long strain by methods of chick embryo neutralization and Hep 2 cell incubation in vitro. Conclusion: The protective rates of Feiyanning Granules in a therapeutic dose and low dose to mouse death induced by pneumococcus infection will be raised by 60% and 30%, respectively. It is superior to the control drug.
