摘　　要：目的 :知母中菝葜皂甙元含量测定方法的改进。方法 :薄层扫描法 :显色剂 10 %高氯酸乙醇溶液。测定波长5 30nm。结果 :此方法斑点稳定时间长 ,线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 96 .7%。结论 :本方法适用于知母中菝葜皂甙元的含量测定。Objective: To improve the determinant method of Sarsasapogenin in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae. Methods: Using 10% HClO 4 ethanol solution as the spray reagent, the scanning wavelength was 530nm.Results: The stable time was over two hours. The linearity of this method was well and the recovery of the added sample was 96.7%.Conclusions: This method can be used for content determination of Sarsasapogenin in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae.
