摘 要:目的 :筛选丹参酮经皮给药制剂的复合透皮吸收促进剂 ,提高丹参酮的透皮扩散速率。方法 :选用卡必醇和油酸为主的复合透皮吸收促进剂 ,进行丹参酮溶液和丹参酮亲水凝胶的透皮渗透。结果 :使用卡必醇和油酸为主的复合透皮吸收促进剂 ,使在溶液和亲水凝胶中丹参酮的增渗倍数分别达到 3.5 9和 2 .84。结论 :卡必醇和油酸为主的复合透皮吸收促进剂适用于丹参酮经皮给药制剂的研制。Objective: To observe the enhancement of the diffusion rate of Tanshinone permeating through the skin by screening several complex accelerators for transdermal drug delivery system (TDDS) containing Tanshinone. Methods: Carbitol (Transcutol, Ethoxydiglycol) and Oleic Acid as the complex accelerators was used to study the Tanshinone transdermal permeation rate in both solution and the hydrophilic gels containing Tanshinone. Results: By Applying Carbitol and Oleic Acid as the complex accelerator, the diffusion rates of Tanshinone permeating through the skin in both solution and hydrophilic gels were increased by factors of 3.59 and 2.84, respectively. Conclusion: Both Carbitol and Oleic Acid can be used as complex accelerators for the preparation of transdermal Tanshinone delivery system.
