摘  要:以冶铸轧混装一体化生产线为研究对象,在全面分析其生产特点及工艺要求的基础上,应用约束优化原理,建立了基于板坯温度模型的冶铸轧混装一体化调度管理数学模型,包括基于温度模型的混装一体化批量计划模型、作业调度模型和动态调度模型。通过对上述模型的求解得到了冶铸轧混装一体化生产模式下的批量生产计划和作业调度计划。同时利用所建立的调度管理模型,开发了基于板坯温度模型的冶铸轧一体化调度管理系统并成功应用于国内某钢铁企业1700热轧板卷生产线。系统投入使用后运行稳定可靠,增加了经济效益。Hybrid integrated scheduling management model based on slab thermal model including hy- brid integrated batch planning model, scheduling model and dynamic scheduling model of steelmaking- casting-rolling integrated production is established with the basic principles of constraint satisfaction optimization problems through analysis and research on process characteristics and constraints of steel- making-casting-rolling integrated production. Hybrid integrated batch plan and scheduling plan can be acquired by solving hybrid integrated scheduling management model, simultaneously, it can ensure the stability and continuity when abnormal disturbance emerges. The study results are applied into the de- velopment of an actual integrated scheduling management system based on heat process model of the 1700 hot rolling plant of a domestic steel enterprise. Actual industrial application effects show that the system can increase the production scale and bring both remarkable economic benefits and significant social benefits.
