摘  要:以难溶性含钾水云母原矿为原料,球磨破碎处理,过150μm筛,经酸处理去除杂质,加入有机柱撑剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和氟硅酸钠,在一定温度下搅拌一段时间,可提取水云母层间钾离子。柱撑剂的浓度是含钾水云母矿中钾离子提取量的主要影响因素。采用X射线衍射(XRD),X射线荧光分析(XRF),傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对不同浓度柱撑剂处理的样品进行分析和表征。结果表明,柱撑剂的加入并没有改变水云母的层状晶体结构。随着柱撑剂浓度的增加,钾离子提取量增大,最后趋于稳定,钾离子提取率可以达到14%。Using insoluble potassium mica ore as a raw material and crushing and ball-milling treatment to 150 μm, then adding acid treatment to remove impurities, organic pillared agent (cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide) and sodium fluorosilicate were added at a temperature and stirred for a while, and then potassium ions located between the layers can be extracted. The concentration of the pillared agent was the main effect on processing potassium mica mineral extraction amount of potassium ions. The intercalation at different organic pillared agent concentration had been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that organic pillared agent did not change the structure of the mica crystal layer. With the increasing of pillared agent concentration, the amount of potassium ions extracted increased and finally stabilized, the extraction rate of potassium could reach 14%.
