摘　　要：针对吉林某低品位硅藻土矿的矿物组成进行了选矿提纯试验研究。结果表明,该矿主要由蛋白石及其变种以及少量石英、长石、高岭石等杂质矿物组成;通过条件试验确定了擦洗和酸浸的最佳试验条件,采用擦洗-沉降分级-酸浸流程获得了含SiO2 82.45%、Fe2O3 0.72%的硅藻土精矿。Experimental study on material composition and concentration of a low grade diatomite ore in Jilin shows that the ore is mainly composed of opal and its variants and a small amount of quartz, feldspar, kaolinite and other impurities mineral. The best scrub and acid leach conditions is determined by the experiments; Finally using the method of scrub-Classification of settlement-acid leach process, a high quality diatomite which contents SiO2 82.45%, Fe2O3 0.72% is gained successfully.
