摘 要:目的了解高校大学生传染病及公共安全知识行为状况和进行健康教育干预,针对干预效果寻求有效方法途径。方法对在校一年级选修健康教育课程的不同专业388名大学生进行问卷调查,干预后再次进行问卷测试并对结果分析。结果艾滋病等传染病知识知晓率在健康教育前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);公共卫生安全相关知识认知情况及相关态度、行为形成情况,测试前后有明显改善(P<0.01)。肺结核传染源和乙肝防控措施在教育前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论学校传染病的发生、流行与学生健康防病知识和健康行为方式有着重要的关联;公共卫生安全知识、行为健康教育效果良好;尝试开展的突发事件和紧急救治方面知识,学生表现出了较高的兴趣。Objective To understand the status of knowledge and behaaviors of infectious diseases and public health sectrity of college students, so as to improving health education interventions, Methods A total of 388 freshmen with different majors but taking the health education as an elective ocxarse were chcsen as research objects and investigated with questionnaires before and after health education intervention. Results The awareness of infectious diseases like AIDS improved significantly after the health education ( P 〈0.05 ) ; the cognition, attitudes and behaviors related to public health security also improved significantly after the intervention (P (0.01); the lmoarledge of TB infection source and hepatitis prevention and control measures did not improve significantly after the education ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions The cxxaarrence and popularity of infectious diseases on campus are highly related to students' knowledge and behaviors alxxat the disease prevention. The effect of health education on students' knowledge and behaviors of public health security is good and the students show a high interest in lmowledge alxaat emergency treatment in sudden events in the elective course.
