中药泡洗治疗中风病恢复期肩手综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药泡洗治疗中风病恢复期肩手综合征的疗效。方法 99例中风病恢复期患者随机分为两组,对照组常规康复训练,治疗组加用中药泡洗,21 d为1个疗程,治疗前后评定疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)和疗效。结果两组患者的NRS均有明显下降(P<0.05),但治疗组降低幅度更大,明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率亦高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药泡洗对中风病恢复期肩手综合征有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of soak washing by traditional Chinese herbs for stroke patients complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome （SHS）. Methods： 99 stroke patients with SHS were divided into the control group with the normal rehabilitation and the trial group with both normal rehabilitation and soak washing by traditional Chinese herbs. Some indices were observed and compared between 2 groups such as the levels of NRS and the clinical effect. Results： Levels of NRS in patients of trial group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment. The clinical effect of the patients of trial group was better than that of the control group （P〈 0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion： The clinical results show that the good effect of soak washing by traditional Chinese herbs for stroke patients complicated with SHS.
