摘 要:为探索甲维盐注干施用对松墨天牛种群林间变化的影响,室内测定甲维盐对松墨天牛4龄幼虫的触杀作用,调查施药后松墨天牛林间生长发育和种群变化。结果表明,甲维盐对4龄幼虫有一定的触杀作用,处理24,48 h的LC50分别为349.71 mg/L,216.12 mg/L;甲维盐注干施用不影响松墨天牛的产卵行为,但可显著降低卵的孵化率,孵化幼虫18.72%发育出现异常;连续3 a监测发现,注药林区松墨天牛种群数量明显下降,与对照林区存在极显著性差异。In order to explore the change of Monochamus alternatus population after trunk-injection of emamectin benzoate in the forest, the contact toxicity of emamectin benzoate against the 4th instar lar-vae was determined, and the growth and population change of M. alternatus were investigated in the forest. The contact toxicity was certain,and 24 h-LCso and 48 h-LCso were 349.71,216. 12 mg/L re- spectively. Trunk-injection of emamectin benzoate did not influence the oviposition behavior, but re-duced the hatching rate significantly and 18.72% of the larvae grew abnormally. The the result of the monitor from 2010 to 2012 showed the number of M. alternatus in the treated forest decreased signifi- cantly, and difference between the treated and control forest was extremely significant.
