摘 要:通过绿色木霉Trichoderma viride、哈茨木霉T.harzianum对松落针病不同病原菌平板对峙培养及两种木霉粗提液对松落针病病原菌菌丝生长抑制试验研究表明:72 h时,哈茨木霉对针叶树散斑壳的抑制率为42.86%,对光亮散斑壳的抑制率为48.44%,绿色木霉对小环绵盘菌的抑制率为33.33%;两种木霉粗提液混合培养基法的试验效果均好于平板涂抹法;两种木霉粗提液对病原菌抑制效果最好的为绿色木霉的混合培养基法,对针叶树散斑壳Lophodermiurn conigenum、光亮散斑壳L.nitens、小环绵盘菌Cyclaneusula minus的抑菌率分别为64.3%,55.42%,61.44%。The experiments of antagonism of two Trichoderma. spp. ( Trichoderma viride and T. harzia-hum) against the pathogenic fungi of needle-cast of Pinus densiflora and the growth-inhibition effects of the crude extracts of the two Trichoderma on the above fungi were made. The results showed that in 72 hours,the inhibition rates of T. harzianum were 42. 86% on Lophodermium conigenum,48.44% on L. nitens,and that of T. viride on Cyclaneusula minus was 33.33%. The inhibiting effects of the mixed medium method of the two Trichoderma crude extracts were better than that of plate method. And the inhibiting effect of the mixed medium method of T. viride crude extract was the best: its inhibiting effect was 64. 3% on L. conigenum,55.42% on L. nitens and 61.44% on C. minus.
