摘  要:高速加工技术己在工业发达国家得到应用,并取得了极其显著的经济效益。由于受到关键功能部件等核心技术的制约,我国高速加工技术的发展处于不利地位。文章在简要介绍小线段插补基本原理的基础上,结合已有研究,总结并详细阐述了连续小线段高速加工插补技术的曲率描述算法、前瞻控制算法、加减速控制算法和拐角平滑过渡算法等方面的主要研究内容及方向。The high-speed machining technology got an application in the industrial developed country, and obtained the very notable economic efficiency. Owing to the constraints on the core technical of the key parts, the development of the native high-speed machining technology was placed in a disadvantageous position. In this paper, the principium of the small line blocks interpolation was briefly introduced. Next, combining with the existing work, the hot spots of the continuous small lines high-speed interpolation including the curvature describing algorithm, the look-ahead algorithm, the velocity planning algorithm and the comer smooth interpolation algorithm were discussed and presented in detail.
