摘  要:针对镁锭切削机故障率高、缺乏可靠性设计基础数据的现状,对镁锭切削机进行了为期一年的故障数据统计。对故障数据进行了分组处理,分析了镁锭切削机各功能部件的故障频率和故障原因,确定了镁锭切削机的分布类型,拟合了镁锭切削机的故障概率密度函数和分布函数,并利用K-S方法进行了假设检验。根据概率密度函数和分布函数对镁锭切削机的可靠性水平进行了评估。镁锭切削机各功能部件的故障频率和MTBF评估为镁锭切削机的改进设计和可靠性设计奠定了基础。Fault data were counted by one year of magnesium block cutter against the condition that the cutter had high fault ratio and the reliability design data were rare. The fault data were divided into 7 groups, the fault frequencies were calculated, the fault reasons were analyzed and the distribution pattern was confirmed. The fault probability density function and distribution function were fitted of magnesium block cutter and hypothesis test was carried out by K-S method. The reliability level of magnesium block cutter was assessed by the probability density function and distribution function. The fault frequencies and the value of MTBF is the base for revised design and reliability design for magnesium block cutter.
