摘  要:在油田开发的酸化、压裂等过程中需要使用粘土矿物的水化膨胀抑制剂。常用的无机盐类抑制剂,用量大,能增加水体的矿化度。为了研究新型的有机类粘土矿物的水化膨胀抑制剂,采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)为母体,采用环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA)向其上引入铵基阳离子合成铵基聚乙烯醇,并采用四甲基乙二胺作为交联剂进一步优化其防膨性,最终得到的交联的铵基聚乙烯醇在浓度为0.5%时,其防膨性与4%的氯化钾相当。During the development of the oil field, anti-swelling agents for clay is needed in acidification and fracturing. Common inorganic salt type anti-swelling agents have some shortcomings, such as big dosage, and increasing the total dissolved solids. So it is very necessary to research and develop new organic anti-swelling agents. In this paper, ammonium polyether was prepared from epoxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CTA) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and tetramethylethylenediamine was used as a cross-linker to optimize its anti-swelling property. The test results show that 0.5% ammonium polyether solution has the same anti-swelling performance as 4% KCl solution.
