摘 要:管道泄漏是长输管道的典型事故,也是引起其他一些事故的重要原因。基于水下埋地管道受多种因素的影响,使得研究水下埋地管道泄漏实验有一定难度。采用仿真模拟软件对不同漏口及不同水速下水下埋地管道泄漏情况进行了模拟。通过研究泄漏速度和水流速度分别发生改变时对泄漏油品油相运动的影响,得到了工程实际中水下埋地管道常见泄漏情况的油品运动规律。并进行分析了泄漏速度和水流速度对泄漏油品的影响。模拟的结果与相关理论能够很好的吻合,该结果可为较复杂的水下环境下长输管线的维护和运行技术体系的建立提供一定的理论帮助。Pipeline leak is a typical accidence of long-distance pipeline, and is also an impotent reason to cause some other accidents. Because of effect of a variety of factors on underwater buried pipeline, experiment research on underwater buried pipeline leak is very difficult. In this paper, the simulation software was used to simulate the leak process of underwater buried pipeline with different drain port under different water flow velocity. By studying the leak oil phase movement along with change of the leak rate and water flow velocity, leak oil moving rule of the underwater buried pipeline leak in the practical project was gained. Effect of the leak rate and water flow velocity on the current leak oil was analyzed. The results show that simulated results and the theoretical value are in good agreement. The result can provide a theoretical guidance for establishing operation and maintenance technology system of underwater buried pipeline.
