摘　　要：该产品选用再生涤纶和精梳落棉这两种二次利用的纤维混纺。通过改造梳棉设备、优化生产工艺,选用抽气式转杯纺生产技术,解决了产品加工过程中纤维长度短、静电大、可纺性能差的技术难点,具有废旧资源综合利用的社会效益。该产品技术处于国内先进水平。The product is made of recycled polyester and combed cotton reutilization fiber blends. Through the transformation of carding equipment, optimizing production processes, using exhaust type rotor spinning technology ,it solved the problems such as the fiber length is short,static,poor spinnability during processing of the products, which have the social benefit through utilizing waste resources. This product technology is on the domestic advanced level.
