摘　　要：随着国内外经济的快速发展,能源消费总量不断增加,能源不足日益成为经济可持续发展的重要瓶颈,这使得提高能源使用效率越来越受到各国政府和企业的关注。本文重点从能源消费总量,人均能源消费以及能源消费强度三个指标,分析比较了中、美、日、英和巴五个国家的能效水平,明确中国能源消费的国际现状,借鉴其他国的成功经验,进而提出提高中国能效水平的改进措施。With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the total energy consumption is increasing. The energy shortage has become the bottleneck of sustainable economic development and the energy efficiency has received more and more attention of governments and enterprises. This paper analyses the United States and Japan, Britain and Brazil for total energy consumption, per capita energy consumption and energy consumption intensity and make clear the international situation of China energy consumption. This paper learns from the successful experience of other countries and then put forward the improving measures.
