摘  要:为探索利用热释光技术鉴别检疫辐照香蕉的可行性,本文研究了经100~1000Gy辐照处理后进境香蕉表面的热释光强度,结果表明,选用参比剂量400Gy,结合发光曲线形状,选取发光曲线面积积分温度区间70℃^(280±20)℃,发光比f值0.1作为检疫辐照香蕉的判定阈值,可以定性鉴别检疫辐照香蕉,即当f值大于等于0.1,或第一次发光强度在温度250℃以下出现峰值,则判定样品经过辐照处理;当f值小于0.1时,或第一次发光强度在温度250℃以下没有峰值,则判定样品未经辐照处理。该热释光分析法能够定性鉴别1000Gy以下检疫辐照香蕉,可为检验检疫管理部门的监管提供技术参考。Detection of low dose irradiated banana by thermoluminescence (TL) measurement was studied. The result showed that TL measurement can qualitatively identify 100-1000 Gy quarantine irradiated bananas connecting with the shape of glowcurve, selecting 400 Gy as the fixed known dose of radiation, 70-(280±20) degrees as the glow curve area integral's temperature range, TL glow ratio 0.1 as a threshold to identify the irradiated bananas. Namely, whenf value greater than or equal to 0.1, or the first TL intensity peak shows below 250 degrees, it meaned irradiated; when thefvalue is less than 0.1, or no peak below 250 degrees, it meaned unirradiated. The thermoluminescence analysis can qualitatively identify irradiated bananas below 1000 Gy, which can provide technical assistance for the quarantine administration.
