摘　　要：采用SWOT(S—优势,W—劣势,O—机会,T—威胁)法综合分析某院的现状,探讨建设区县脑卒中临床救治中心对综合性公立医院发展的战略意义,指出应充分发挥内部优势,注重利用外部机会,着力规避外部威胁,努力克服内部劣势,构筑持续发展型战略,并提出该院建设"闵行区脑卒中临床防治中心"持续发展型战略的对策及建议。SWOT（ strength, weakness, opportunity, threat ） analysis was used in the article to analyze current status of a hospital and how to improve the district stroke clinical treatment center in the hospital was discussed. It was suggested that the hospital should take advantage of strength and opportunity, avoid threat and conquer weakness to have a sustainable development strategy. Some countermeasures and suggestions of developing ＂a cerebral stroke clinical treatment center＂ were put forward.
